I bought a Jeep from Epic MOTORCARS a few months ago, and I wanted to wait before writing a review to really see how everything held up—and I’m happy to say I’m still just as impressed now as I was on day one. The entire process was smooth and easy, and the staff was helpful, professional, and great to work with. The Jeep has been running perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I’m definitely looking forward to doing business with them again in the near future!
I cannot believe they got me approved in minutes! Even with my love credit score AND I got a 2 yr powertrain warranty! Got the car I went there for, was out in under 90 min, got a warranty....wow!
These guys were very cool. They worked with us and had amazing prices. Made me feel comfortable and stayed within my budget range. Would recommend 100%
If you even go to this place, you are a fool. Do not buy from these guys it is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked them to do a couple things like a tuneup, oil change, and a couple minor things to the truck. They didn’t do any of them and they said they did. I could not get any receipts or proof of anything they did. I asked them for days and weeks and I’ve sent several emails to them with no response. 12/21/24: Worst experience ever. Do not buy from this dealer. Bought a car for our military son from them and Omar was our sales guy. Mentioned the exhaust had some smoke coming from it and Omar said it was nothing not to worry about. We bought the vehicle warranty in case of any issues from the finance guy John. He said not to worry that it would protect the car if anything happened. 15 minutes after driving out of the dealership the engine exploded. We spoke to the owner Tolga and he came to see the car.
