Amazing service and love all the onsite perks-especially the snack bar, coffee, comfy waiting areas with tv and peaceful atmosphere. This is the most exquisite showroom I have ever seen.
My husband and I have had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. Larry, you should be ashamed of yourself. We purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger back in August and still have not received the title as of December 1st. This is FRAUD! Went with my brother to pick up a new 740 BMW, beautiful vehicle, excellent ride.. Great sales rep, was mostly patient.. Process took a little long, overall it was a good experience..
Quick response to service request, status of repair communication is excellent. A car wash after as other dealers perform would be appreciated.
Avoid Fields auto Group - Lemon Cars & Defensive Management - toxic masculinity at its finest! Beware! My experience with Fields Auto Groups has been a nightmare. I bought a certified 2021 XC90 Recharge, only to face constant issues from the start. The car broke down during a trip, leaving me stranded with my child.
