Omg this place was awesome! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Special shout out for Lee Smith and Mike Smith as well as Daniel and the sales manager whom I regret not getting her name because she was wonderful with us. Purchased a 2025 Ram 3500. I live just over 7 hours north of Kernersville. This dealership was pretty fair with me. The customer service was fantastic. They refunded my car rental, picked me up from the rental drop off location, and refunded my hotel. Only thing I regret doing is putting a security deposit down for the purchase. My request was 70k even. They said they would hold it if I put a deposit down. Long story short this wasn’t communicated amongst themselves and I ended up paying 70,500. This is my 3rd vehicle from Kernersville! The staff is absolutely fantastic. They help you every step of the way, make it easy on the transfer and there's not another dealership on the entire east coast that can match their pricing! You trading in a vehicle? Great they make your trade in more than fair every time. If you are active duty or a retired veteran they take even more great care of you. Andy was my salesman, and he made the whole process super stress-free and was very communicative and efficient.
