Really like my new car. The Sales Rep, Genesis, was terrific to work with. She is knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle I was purchasing. Post sales, she walked through the car set up with me and made sure the car was set up for me to drive safely home. The deal was great so the purchase was easy considering how much paperwork there is involved in buying a car. The sales team is outstanding. My car likes its new view in its parking space at its new home.
Rodney was absolutely fantastic to work with! All car buying experiences should be like this one. Genesis is great salesperson, very honest and genuine. I really appreciate that because not all car dealers are transparent with their pricing. The sales process was also very quick and easy.
Do not have enough words to say how easy Rodney made the experience in buying our new car. We are thrilled with our car and how smoothly the process went. He was easy to talk too, listened to our concerns and ultimately help negotiate a fair deal. We would definitely go back here for our next car and ask for Rodney!
Rodney made buying my first car alone such a pleasant experience—something I didn’t expect after dealing with other pushy dealerships. He drove two hours just so I could see the car since I didn’t have a vehicle, didn’t pressure me at all, made the whole process insanely smooth, and even paid for my gas on the way home.
