Everyone including Ben was very professional and made the whole process smooth. Also Moe was very helpful when I first arrived and provided great information and opinions on BMW and Lexus vehicles helping me to decide what I wanted to purchase.

Everything was ok. Long wait to test drive the car Efficient paper processing. Totally dislike the added fees particularly the Private Tag Agency. That is ridiculous.
